A modern production preparation system utilized by our company includes a series of functions for new design creations while fully enabling design remodelling and graduation. It makes it possible to create automatic cut designs for any model combinations and fabric types. This ensures maximum work effectiveness of the cutting room at the lowest effort and material cost.

T he software gives full control over the number of elements in a design as well as design length and effectiveness. At the same it, it allows for precise setting of parameters separately for each template.

As far as single model elements are concerned, it is possible to define the cutting direction and order for individual sections and internal objects. This greatly accelerates work and improves the quality of cutting.

We have a computer system for automatic fabric cutting at our disposal. This device is equipped with a unique cutting system. As a result, work is virtually failure-free and offers high precision of cutting and significant time savings.
